This is today's special treat...
Place 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats in a blender. Let soak until the oats have softened, about 15 minutes. Add 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt, 1/2 cup ice, 2 tablespoon brown sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger. Blend until smooth and frothy. Serves 1.
