Turkado - de Windt Style!

If you've spent any time in Del Mar, CA, you already know how yummy Board & Brew sandwiches are (specifically the Turkado!) Since moving away, we've had to create our own version and it's pretty much amazing...

de Windt Turkado

• fresh Pugliese bread - very lightly toasted - OR any type of bread but this is the best and can be found in most bakery departments
• thin sliced turkey breast
• swiss cheese
• sliced tomatoes
• Veganaise (it's amazing, trust me)
• avocado mixed with chopped red onions & garlic salt

It might be the most delicious turkey sandwich you've ever made. You're welcome :)
