Tutu with tulle ice cream cone?! And glittered Tiny TOMS?! Yes, they are for real and no, I CANNOT wait to put her in this outfit :)

Speaking of TOMS... who's excited about their ballet flats coming out this spring? I think I'll need them in every color and print.
